How much time do I have to upgrade my existing customer?

You have until the 15th of April 2025 to make the initial upgrade. This means delivering your first lesson as part of the 2 lessons per week schedule.

How long do I have to maintain 2 lessons per week?

Ideally, as long as you can, or at least until the student’s exams!

But to earn the bonus, you’ll have to maintain 2 lessons per week (or more) for 4 weeks after your first lesson that you upgrade by the 15th of April.

How much is the bonus?

It’s £10 per existing parent, that you upgrade by the 15th of April, and manage to maintain the 2 lessons per week (or more) average over the next 4 weeks.

Does it include all my customers?

No, only existing customers will qualify you for the bonus. (To be clear, these are customers that you have already had a lesson with)

Having said this, we’d recommend you try to upgrade any new customers too! They won’t be part of the bonus but you’ll still be getting more pay.

Why ask us to do this now?

We find that customers are more likely to want a more intense tutoring schedule for their student in the run-up to exam season, which is only a few weeks away (w/c 5th May for most schools)

So, it’s the perfect time for the student to maximise their potential, and also for you to increase your earnings!

How will I be paid?

You’ll be paid separately from your usual lesson payments but at the same time as your first pay round in June.

This payment won’t show in your invoice, but it’ll appear on your bank statement.
