We know that technical issues can be frustrating, so here are some quick handy fixes to get you back on track:

  • Google Chrome is the best browser for our lessons. Or, if you’re using an iPad, you’ll need Safari.

  • Check for updates. Make sure your computer software and browser are the most up-to-date versions.

  • Check your sound isn’t muted and that your computer is using the right sound device (we recommend a wired headset).

  • Test your microphone using a voice recording application to verify if it's functioning. On Windows, Voice Recorder. On Mac, Voice Memos.

  • Check your internet connection - we have some tips and tricks here 🙌

  • Restart your computer. Sometimes that really is the answer!

  • Clearing cookies and cache can often resolve browser-related issues, as it removes temporary data that may interfere with the proper functioning of websites and online platforms. Follow the steps below:

  • Please note with our new platform we no longer recommend using Incognito
