🧠 What influences your price?

Parents are more likely to pay higher rates based on your:

  • Tutoring experience

  • Academic background

  • Student reviews

You can find personalised guidance on price bands on your My Prices page when you log into your MyTutor account.

🔧 How to change your price band:

  1. Log in to your MyTutor account.

  2. Click your profile icon and go to My Prices.

  3. Scroll to "Changing your price."

  4. Select the new price band you want and confirm your choice.

📌 What happens to existing bookings?

  • Bookings made before your price band change will stay at the original rate.

  • This way, existing students aren't automatically affected if you raise your prices.

💬 Want to apply your new price to existing lessons?

If you want to update the price for lessons already booked:

  1. Let the parent or student know in advance—it’s always best to give them a heads-up.

  2. Cancel and rebook any upcoming sessions.
Once rebooked, the new lessons will reflect your updated price band.
