We know that sometimes things come up, and you might want to reschedule a lesson.
How you reschedule depends on if you’re an A-level pupil or a GCSE / KS3 pupil.
If you’re a KS3 or GCSE pupil:
Let your teacher know ASAP.
They’ll get in touch with us to sort something out.
Your teacher must be the one to get in touch with us, because they’re in charge of the programme.
If you’re an A-level pupil:
Message your tutor ASAP.
Agree on a new date and time for the lesson.
Your tutor will pop us a message, asking us to reschedule the lesson!
