When you’re running a new programme, the first time you log into your teacher account, you’ll need to complete the programme setup.
❗ Please note that this will only be available for the person who is running the programme and can be found on the top left of your teacher account. If you need to change this, let us know.
We’ll ask you to review and confirm start dates, add exception dates, then lesson location and if your programme is a 2-week timetable.
On the final step, pupil information, you can download a blank template sheet. You can either choose to download it as an excel spreadsheet or google sheet.
The form is much the same for 1-1 and 3-1 programmes. The only difference is that for 3-1 lessons, the pupils will need to be put into groups and all groups must have 3 pupils - we can’t set up groups of 2 or 4.
You get to decide which pupils are in which group, but we strongly recommend that you put pupils of a similar learning ability together.
