You can check your priority status by going to school opportunities and click 'view my priority status'.
All new tutors start on Priority 2 status, and all tutors can move up to Priority 1 status. Tutors with Priority 1 are offered opportunities first! Priority 1 status requires 100% attendance, punctuality, and a recent profile boost (within the last 7 days), while Priority 3 is for tutors with less than 90% attendance and punctuality.
To get a higher priority status, you need to:
Boost your profile! You can do this from your home page or school opportunities page. This lets us know you're looking for regular work.
Be reliable! Attending lessons on time and staying for the full duration ensures reliability and improves status.
Confirm your availability! Confirming your ability lets us know when you can tutor!
If unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues or emergencies affect your attendance or punctuality, contacting MyTutor promptly can help ensure these incidents are not counted against you. Please remember to do this as soon as you can or else we won't be able to excuse absences.
