To make sure we’re upholding the highest standard of safeguarding on our site, we record your free meetings and lessons - they’re also a useful tool for revision!
Accessing your recordings
Go to your ‘Bookings’ page.
Click on the ‘Previous’ tab
Select the green ‘Video’ button next to the lesson you want to watch back.
Lessons are recorded for up to 1 hour and 40 minutes and take around 24 hours to upload. If you’re having more than one lesson, make sure to join the second lesson space so you can see the full recording.
Lesson recordings expire after 90 days!
Saving your recordings
Please kindly note that recordings are online only at this stage. We’ve set it up this way because our recordings contain interactive elements such as the ability to copy text, change tabs, or use the chat feature while viewing the recording. These elements would be lost if the lesson was converted to a flat mp4 file.
Recording issues
You may find that you can’t access your recording, or your playback is disrupted. This may be because
Your internet connection was struggling.
You refreshed the lesson space multiple times.
If you cancelled your lesson or the lesson was refunded.
For this reason, we can’t guarantee lesson recordings, but to help us improve our safeguarding provisions and the quality of your revision materials, please keep your tech up to date.
