  1. How does MyTutor ensure online safety?

Your safety online is our utmost priority. Our site has been developed with this in mind, and we have a number of checks in place to ensure that you and your child remain in a safe environment at all times. Please see our online safety guidelines.

  2. How do I print invoices of my lessons?

To print invoices for lessons you can access your MyTutor lesson invoices through your parent account after the lessons have taken place.

Once logged in, click on the 'Payments' tab at the top of your account. The 'Payments' tab, where you can find and print invoices for the lessons, is located at the top of your home screen when you log into your parent account.

There, you will find a 'view invoices' button on the right side of the page where you can view and print the invoice list and each individual invoice. To print or download these invoices, right-click on the invoice list page and select print/save as.

Please note that VAT is included in the lesson price, and MyTutor is not able to fill out any specific forms, so it is recommended to send your invoices directly from your account.

  3. I don't want my lessons to be the same time every week but I can only book a slot, how can I change this?

Once you have booked a slot you can edit the times of future lessons to suit both you and your tutor's availability. You can edit the lessons within the 'Bookings' page.

  4. How do I share a file or resources with my tutor?

You can easily send resources or files between you and your tutor. You need to click on the paperclip icon on the left-hand side of the message typing panel and insert the file/attachment, and then click ‘Send’.

If you are having trouble sending the file/attachment for example if it’s too large, you can send an email with the attachment to support@mytutor.co.uk and we can forward to your tutor on your behalf.
