How can I cancel my subscription plan?

You can request to cancel your plan through your parent account. Please note, you will need to provide a 1-month notice. Simply go to the ‘membership plans’ page, select the plan you want to cancel, and click "Cancel plan."

Once you have requested to cancel, your lessons will continue until the new end date, and the plan will still show as ‘active’ during this time. Once you reach your cancellation date, your plan will be marked as ‘cancelled,’ and you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

What happens when I cancel during the cooling-off period?

The first 14 days of your plan is your 'cooling off period'. If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you don't need to provide notice and your plan will be immediately marked as ‘cancelled.’ You will receive a full refund, and your lesson balance will be reset to 0. No lessons can be booked from that point onward.
