How can I cancel my subscription plan?

You can cancel your plan at any time through your parent account. Simply go to the ‘membership plans’ page, select the plan you want to cancel, and click "Cancel plan."

What happens when I cancel during the cooling-off period?

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, your plan will be immediately marked as ‘cancelled.’ You will receive a full refund, and your lesson balance will be reset to 0. No lessons can be booked from that point onward.

What if I cancel after the cooling-off period?

If you cancel after the cooling-off period, you will need to provide a 1-month notice. Your lessons will continue until the new end date, and the plan will still show as ‘active’ during this time. Once you reach your cancellation date, your plan will be marked as ‘cancelled,’ and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
