We understand you rely on your MyTutor income, so we prioritise taking care of payment issues for you.

If you think you haven’t been paid correctly, please:

  • Check the payment dates to make sure that 3-5 working days have passed since the last payment processing round.

  • Check there were no Bank Holidays or weekends that could delay payments.

  • Double-check your bank details are correct.
