How do I track pupil progress?

A quick step-by-step for accessing and downloading Tutor notes and lesson reports.

Updated over a week ago

We want to keep you in the loop on how lessons have been going.

That’s why after each lesson, our tutors are prompted to leave their Tutor Report.

To view a pupil’s lesson report:

  • Go to Pupils page on your Teacher Account

  • Click Download lesson report

  • Choose the date you want to download the reports from

Alternatively, you can download the reports for an individual pupil:

  • Use the search bar to find a pupil by name

  • Click the pupil's name to view their profile (you’ll be able to see a report for each lesson attended)

  • Click Download lesson report, then choose what format you’d like to view the report details in.

Did you also know you can watch lesson recordings? It’s a good way to track progress by seeing how your pupil actually gets on in their lesson.

Tutors will need time to complete their notes. When they have lessons back-to-back, it can take them a bit longer to get this job done.

Have some feedback or notes to pass on to a tutor? While we don't facilitate direct contact with tutors, please don't hesitate to drop us an email at schools@mytutor.co.uk with your feedback, and we'll be happy to pass it on.
