Once you've finished filling in your pupil details form, you'll need to upload and submit your form back to us.
Submitting your form to the programme:
Save the completed form to your computer
Go to your teacher account
Click the continue setup button, then go to the pupil information page
Click upload to upload your validated form to MyTutor
Click submit details
After you’ve clicked submit, our frontline team will double-check your form! We may ask for more info or to clarify details (if needed!), before setting up your programme for your chosen start date.
Submitting a further file to the programme after corrections:
Go to your teacher account
Click the continue setup button, as shown in the screenshot below, then go to the pupil information page
Click replace to upload your validated form to MyTutor
Click submit details
Any changes you need to make to your sheet after you’ve uploaded it, just pop an email to schools@mytutor.co.uk with instructions, and we’ll handle the rest.
Please don’t send your forms to us via email, it won’t be accepted. Sharing confidential pupil data over email is a huge breach of our data protection agreement.
