How do I add lessons or pupils to my programme?

Want to add new pupils or lessons to a programme already running? Here are the steps to follow!

Updated over 2 months ago

If you want to add new lessons to your current programme, or even more pupils mid-programme, you can drop us an email with the details and we'll be happy to help!

We’ll have to double check with your Account Manager if you have the lessons to use, or if a new invoice needs to be processed before your additional lessons are set up.

The following steps make sure we have what we need to get your pupils or lessons set up pronto!

  • Fill in a blank Pupil Details Form e.g. for a 3:1 programme, use the 3:1 form.

  • Complete all the details on the form (including the Important Modules)

  • Upload your form to the Resources page (you don’t need to use the validator like last time).

  • Email schools@mytutor.co.uk to confirm - in your email please specify:

    • How many pupils

    • Number of tuition weeks

    • Date you’d like the lessons to start

Depending on the number of additional lessons you want, we’ll need some time to get these set up! When you send us your request, keep the following deadlines in mind:

  • 3 working days for up to 5 lessons a week (or less) e.g. for a Wednesday start, your form is needed by the end of Thursday the week before.

  • 8 working days for more than 5 lessons per week. This is the same deadline as if you were setting up a new programme.

Keep an eye out! When the lessons are ready to go, we’ll send you an email to confirm. Pupil log-in details can be found in the Pupils page on your Teacher account. Feel free to share them with pupils and parents the same as before
