Sometimes you might need to make changes to an upcoming lesson.
That's why it's really useful for you to know how these changes work, and what you'll need to do to get cover.
And what you can do as the Tutor depends on whether your pupil is a KS3/GCSE pupil or an A-level pupil.
For a KS3 or GCSE pupil, you need to organise cover for the lesson:
Go to your Upcoming Bookings.
Find the lesson you can’t make.
Click on 'I can’t make this lesson'.
For an A-level pupil:
Message your pupil ASAP to reschedule.
Even if you agreed in the lesson space, you must confirm this in your messages!
Get in touch! Once you agree on a new time/date, you need to let us know.
Remember to include: the pupil’s name, the details of the original lesson, and the rescheduled lesson details.
We recommend giving your A-level pupil up to 3 hours before the lesson to respond.
