Sometimes your pupil will tell you that they want to make changes to an upcoming lesson.
So it's really useful for you to know how these changes work, and what you can do to help.
And what you can do as their Tutor depends on whether the pupil asking to make a change is a KS3/GCSE pupil or an A-level pupil.
If it's a KS3 or GCSE pupil:
The pupil needs to ask their teacher.
Their teacher will get in touch with us to confirm.
Our team will reschedule the lesson.
If it's an A-level pupil:
Message your pupil ASAP to reschedule.
Even if you agreed in the lesson space, you must confirm this in your messages!
Get in touch! Once you agree on a new time/date, you need to let us know.
Remember to include: the pupil’s name, the details of the original lesson, and the rescheduled lesson details.
We recommend giving your A-level pupil up to 3 hours before the lesson to respond.
