If you’re having trouble getting the lesson space to load and our quick fixes haven’t done the trick - try the following suggestions.
For all lessons:
Refresh the page. The launch button isn’t available until 5 minutes before your lesson.
Launch in normal, non-incognito mode
Try using a different browser such as Edge if using Chrome, or vice versa.
For private lessons
Double-check the lesson status.
If it’s ‘Confirmed’ give the page a quick refresh, and you should be good to go! If not, try using a different browser such as Edge if using Chrome or vice versa.
If it’s ‘Awaiting payment’ or ‘Awaiting confirmation’, please talk to a member of the team who can assist you further!
