A level reschedule

Are you an A-level pupil having lessons through your school and want to know more about rescheduling your lesson?

Updated over 4 months ago

What do I do if I can’t make my A-Level lesson?

If you have 3-1 A-level lessons, you will need to contact your teacher in order to reschedule your lessons, as they manage these from their end. This is so they can make sure the lesson time suits all pupils in the session.

For 1-1 A-Level lessons, you can message your tutor directly from your pupil account. It’s best to discuss this during your lesson together first, but you'll also need a written record of your reschedule agreement with your tutor on your account in messages. Please give your tutor at least 24 hours notice.

Once you and your tutor have agreed on a new time for the lesson, get in touch with us so we can reschedule it for you. Remember to include all the details of the lesson you want to reschedule and the new rescheduled time.

What if my tutor doesn’t respond?

If you haven’t heard back from your tutor and your lesson starts in less than 3 hours, please get in touch with us as soon as you can on live chat. We can try and reach out to your tutor from our end to remind them to check their messages.
