What are the criteria to get access to the rewards program?
What are the criteria to get access to the rewards program?
To access rewards, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:
Have logged in to look for work within the last 30 days
Have completed a lesson within the last 6 months
Be compliant on either our schools programme or the private side of MyTutor
Other than that it’s completely free to access, and only takes a few minutes to set up.

Onsi is the tool that we’re using to provide you with a rewards program. They work with over 30 other businesses around the world to provide rewards for workers.
How do I register for Onsi?

Each month, we’ll invite tutors to join if you meet the criteria.
We’ll let you know if you qualify and send you an email to tell you. At this stage, you’ll be able to opt out if you’d prefer.
If we don’t hear from you, we’ll give Onsi your email address, and they’ll then send you an email to register. We’ll send them the email address you normally use to receive emails from us.

To register with Onsi, you'll need to provide them with your:
Full name
Phone number
Date of birth
Contact permission
And that's it!

To access your account, you’ll need to meet the criteria and you'll need to have registered with Onsi (see above).
If you have registered then you can log in here. Your account will be under the same email you normally use to receive emails from MyTutor.
If you still need to register then you'll need to follow the link ONSI emailed to you when you were first invited.
If you're struggling to find it then please get in touch with ONSI and they’ll help you get set up.

Every month we send Onsi a list which meets the criteria. If you don’t meet the criteria, you will lose access to the program. If you think there’s been a mistake please get in touch with us via Live Chat.
How can I update my email address on Onsi?

This isn't something that you have the option to change yourself but if you do need to update your email then please get in touch with ONSI, confirm your existing email and the one you'd like to change to and we'll arrange it on your behalf.
How do I buy a voucher?
How do I buy a voucher?
Simply select your preferred brand and enter the total value of the voucher that you want to purchase. You’ll be able to see how much you’re saving on that too!
Once you have purchased a voucher through the online checkout, it’ll be sent to you via email.
How long is a voucher valid for?
How long is a voucher valid for?
This can vary, so make sure you check when your voucher expires when you buy it.
Some of them expire within 10 months, while others have no expiration date at all.
