What is a Study Plan Consultation?
A Study Plan Consultation is a free 15-minute session that provides you and your child with personal advice about reaching academic goals, while making sure the tutor is a good fit.
You can have Study Plan Consultations with more than one tutor to make sure that you find the perfect match.
The Study Plan Consultation is a good time to discuss the following:
What you are hoping to achieve through tuition?
How frequently you would like to meet?
Whether you would like the tutor to set homework outside sessions.
The duration and frequency of which you’d like to have tuition (ie. 3 or 6 months, weekly, bi-weekly)
Booking the Study Plan Consultation
Once you find a tutor profile you’re interested in from your request, you can book a Study Plan Consultation:
Click the ‘Meet for free’ button on their profile.
Select a time to meet with them.
It will show a tag as awaiting confirmation while waiting for the tutor to confirm the time. Once the tutor confirms the time the tag will disappear on the Study Plan Consultation lesson in the bookings

What if I need to cancel the Study Plan Consultation?
Once a Study Plan Consultation has been booked, you can cancel it from your dashboard by clicking the three dots in the top-right corner of the lesson card, then click Cancel meeting.
You will then be asked to confirm the action, and will be able to see the updated status on the lesson details on your account to cancelled.
