How do I navigate my account and lessons on Memberships?

Where can I see my plans and keep track of my lessons?

To easily keep on top of all your different membership plans, you can view these from your parent account. By clicking on the plan, you can see more details, key dates and the option to cancel.

You can easily see your available lessons for each plan in your account homepage, as well as view previous lesson recordings in your student account.

How do I join my lesson?

Reminder: To join lessons make sure the student is logging in and accessing the lesson from their own account.

To join Study Plan Consultations you will need to be logged into the Parent account.

All your MyTutor lessons and Study Plan Consultations take place in a safe and convenient online lesson space.

To join a lesson, you’ll be able to join any confirmed bookings 10 minutes before their start time:

  • Log into your MyTutor student account

  • Go to ‘Bookings’ and ‘Upcoming

  • Click the three dots (...) next to the lesson you’re attending

  • Click ‘launch lesson

How do I edit my account details?

To edit any personal details on your account, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via live chat and they’d be happy to update the details for you.

Please note, this request will be actioned within 72 hours.

How do I cancel my plan?

Once logged into your MyTutor account, go to your ‘Memberships Plans’ page. From there, select the plan you would like to cancel and click ‘Cancel Plan’. You will then be asked for a cancellation reason.

Reminder: all plans require a 1 month’s notice period unless you’re within the 14-day cooling-off period, where you can cancel with no notice period, and get a refund for any lessons you haven’t used.

Once you click ‘Send cancel request’ you are shown a confirmation screen.

Our Customer Support team will action this within 24 hours. Once complete you will receive a confirmation email.

How can I send a file or attachment to my tutor?

You can easily send files and attachments to your tutor using the messaging platform.

To send files:

  • Click on the Paperclip icon on the left-hand side of the message typing panel

  • You will then be able to insert the file into your message.

  • Click 'Send' to send the file to your tutor.
