Whether or not you can reschedule a tutorial depends on if your pupil has messaging enabled on their account. You can read more about this here.
Messaging not enabled
If your pupil doesn’t have messaging enabled and you can’t make a session, then unfortunately there’s no way to reschedule - you’ll need to organise cover for the lesson instead.
If your pupil does have messaging enabled and you’d like to reschedule a session, send them a message asking them for another time they’d be able to make instead. Always drop us an email letting us know so that we can cancel the originally planned session. Be sure to email us again once you and the pupil agree on a time to reschedule the session, so that we can book this lesson in for you.
