If you are using a Wacom Tablet in Windows and are using Google Chrome, and you can use your tablet to click buttons on the lesson space but you cannot write, then do the following:
- Re-install your Wacom Drivers. Uninstall the current driver, then install the latest updated driver corresponding to your tablet (found here), and restart your computer.
- Open your Wacom Tablet Properties. Untick the radio box that says "Use Windows Ink" as seen in the image below:
Alternatively, a quick fix is to switch to Firefox since there haven't been any reports of this problem occurring in this browser.
