You can see your account balance when you log into your account and on the wallet page of your parent account at the top of the page.
If you click on ‘wallet’ you can then see a history of your payments and refunds.

No longer need the credit in your wallet?
We’re happy to refund the credit in your wallet, if you'd like a refund please fill in this form, we process refunds on Fridays. Just make sure you enter the email address on your MyTutor account.
