If a tutorial does not go ahead and needs to be refunded this can be done from your tutorial bookings up to 48 hours after the tutorial had been due to take place.
If more than 48 hours have passed and you still need to refund then please contact us on email@example.com
MyTutor Refund Policy
If a parent cancels a tutorial at short notice (within 24 hours), or misses a session, then it is up to you whether you choose to refund the session or not. We recommend that refunding a session can be a nice gesture if it is the first time that an issue has arisen, but this is your decision.
- If you miss a tutorial or are unable to attend it for any reason then it must be refunded to the parent. We recommend that you refund this as soon after the end of the tutorial as possible.
- If a tutorial is unable to go ahead due to technical difficulties on either end, our advice is to check the FAQs for a solution and if you can't solve it yourself call the MyTutor team during office hours (9am-7pm)
We recommend you spend approximately 5 minutes trying to solve the technical issue, and if you're not successful refund and reschedule the tutorial, and get in contact with the MyTutor team for a dedicated technical support session.
Unfortunately we are not able to make refunds on your behalf for technical issues outside of our control.
