If there have been issues with the Set-Up Test:
- Check the browser – Chrome, Firefox and Safari are compatible while Edge and Opera are not.
- Make sure the browser hasn’t blocked access to the microphone or headset.
- Try using another headset.
- Make sure the computer is set to the correct audio outlet.
- Restart the computer.
If the pupil encounters a technical issue during the lesson:
- Refresh the page and then try relaunching the lesson.
- If the issue persists, ask the tutor to refresh their page and relaunch the lesson.
