How does payment work?
You’ll enter the details for your chosen payment card when you book your first lesson. We’ll then charge your card 24 hours before your lesson starts (we’ll refund you immediately if your tutor can’t deliver the lesson).
If you’re booking a regular lesson (every week or fortnight), we’ll charge you 24 hours before each lesson starts.
Can I cancel or reschedule lessons?
Of course! You can make changes to any lesson 24 hours before it starts, free of charge and straight from your account. We ask that you give 24 hour notice so that your tutor can adjust their schedule.

What happens if my tutor can’t make it on the day?
If your tutor can’t make it to a lesson you’ve paid for, for any reason, we’ll immediately refund the account associated with your payment card. You will just have to drop us an email into firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if the tutor hasn't messaged you.
Can I switch tutors?
Absolutely. If you’d like to change tutors, just cancel your booking and rebook with the new tutor. Get in touch with us via our livechat facility or email email@example.com if you’d like help finding someone new.
Do you store my card details?
No. We do not (and cannot legally) store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider Sage Pay, the most secure and well-respected payment services in the UK.
