Our emails can sometimes end up in 'junk' or 'spam' because of school network restrictions.
It’s really important you receive our emails so you’re aware of any changes to your programme, or any details we might need from you. So, please do make sure all MyTutor emails are whitelisted so you’re kept in the loop.
You can do this by:
- Going to your email settings
- Clicking ‘safe and blocked senders’
- Adding our email addresses to your ‘safe senders’ list.
You’ll need to do this for firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
