How can I cancel my plan?

You can request to cancel your plan through your parent account.

Monthly Plans

To cancel your plan, we require a minimum of 1 month’s notice before your next billing cycle. For example, if your payment is scheduled for the 5th of each month, we’ll need to receive your cancellation by the 5th of the previous month in order to cancel for the following month. If we receive the cancellation with less than a month’s notice, you’ll still be charged for the upcoming month, and your plan will be cancelled after that. Our Support team handling your request, will confirm the new end date of your plan.

Once you have requested to cancel, your lessons will continue until the new end date, and the plan will still show as ‘active’ during this time. Once you reach your cancellation date, your plan will be marked as ‘cancelled,’ and you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

What happens when I cancel during the cooling-off period?

For montly plans, the first 14 days of your plan is your 'cooling off period'. If you cancel within this period, you don't need to provide notice and your plan will immediately be marked as 'cancelled'. You will receive a refund for any unused lessons, and your lesson balance will reset to 0. No lessons can be booked from that point onward.

Weekly Plans

No notice period is required. You can cancel at any time, and any unused lessons will be refunded.

Steps to cancel

Simply go to the 'memberships plans' page, select the plan you want to cancel, and click 'cancel plan'.
