Where can I see my account balance?
You can see your account balance when you log into your account and on the wallet page of your parent account at the top of the page.
If you click on ‘wallet’ you can then see a history of your payments and refunds.
Topping up my balance
If you’d like to top up your balance, click on the ‘Top up wallet’ button in the right-hand corner. You can also take a read of How do I pay for online lessons?
No longer need the credit in your wallet?
We will be more than happy to arrange a refund of any credits remaining in your wallet to your bank account. We will just need written confirmation from you to do this so, to arrange your refund, please just write to us at support@mytutor.co.uk.
Make sure to email us from the email address that your account is associated with or we will be unable to process your request.
Please do specify in the email if you are happy for us to return the money to the bank card with which you originally paid, or whether you would prefer us to send the money to an alternate card.
