Keeping your profile details up to date helps ensure parents and students see accurate information about your subjects, availability and tutoring experience.
What information can I update on my profile?

Your availability each day
Your bank details
Your tutoring details, such as the subjects you tutor
Whether you are currently unavailable
Personal details
You can update:
Personal email address
Date of birth
Nationality
Phone number

How do I edit my profile?
To update your profile:
Hover over your name and profile picture in the top-right-hand corner.
Click ‘My profile’ from the drop-down menu.
Make your changes.
Remember to click ‘Save and Continue’.
You can update your bank details from the ‘My profile’ section.
How do I update my personal details?
To update your personal details:
Hover over your name and profile picture in the top-right-hand corner.
Select ‘Personal details’ from the drop-down menu.
Click ‘Submit for approval ’, and our team will review your changes as soon as possible.
We won’t show anyone sensitive information, such as your contact details.
How do I edit my private tutor profile?
If you tutor privately with us, your ‘My profile’ section will include additional profile information.

How do I hide my profile when I’m not looking for work?
You can hide your profile when you’re not looking for work. This can be useful if you are unavailable for a period, such as during an internship or while travelling.
To hide your profile:
Click the dropdown menu under your profile image.
Select ‘Unavailable’.
Your profile will no longer be shown to parents while you are unavailable.
