Once you’ve created your lesson bookings, you’ll need to create a student account. Student accounts are for launching lessons, viewing lesson recordings and updating your study plans.
To create a student account login as a parent:
Click your initials in the top right.
Go to ‘students’
You’ll see a ‘create account’ button next to the name of the student you’ve booked lessons for.
You will be asked to fill in some details for the student account.
From here you can add their email address, or create a username and password if they are using the same email address as the parent account.
Remember: Parent accounts can’t join lessons, the student needs to log in to their own account to join a lesson.
