How to add a student account to Memberships?

Once you’ve created your lesson bookings, you’ll need to create a student account. Student accounts are for launching lessons, viewing lesson recordings and updating your study plans.

To create a student account login as a parent:

  • Click your initials in the top right.

  • Go to ‘students

  • You’ll see a ‘create account’ button next to the name of the student you’ve booked lessons for.

  • You will be asked to fill in some details for the student account.

  • From here you can add their email address, or create a username and password if they are using the same email address as the parent account.

Remember: Parent accounts can’t join lessons, the student needs to log in to their own account to join a lesson.
