How do I buy extra lessons?
Login to your parent account
Click on the 'Lessons' tab
Scroll down and click ‘Buy Extra Lessons’
Select the tutor and amount of extra lessons you want to purchase for this billing cycle
How do extra lessons work?
You can manage or cancel extra lessons the same way you do with the lessons bought as part of your plan.
You can schedule them during the billing month you purchased them in, or the following month.
Extra lessons are non-refundable and specific to the tutor you select when purchasing.
After booking, your ‘available lessons’ will increase on your homepage to reflect the new amount.
Can I buy extra lessons before my subscription starts?
Yes, you can buy extra lessons even before your subscription begins if you want to have a lesson sooner. Go to ‘lessons’ in your parent account to do this.
