What happens next?
You won’t need to do anything! A member of our team will be reaching out by telephone over the next few days to get you fully set up.
You’ll continue to be paired with your current tutor(s), and any upcoming lessons will be ready to go.
What can I expect while using the classic platform?
Take a look at how the classic platform will work for you:
Lessons are PAYG - that means you will pay 24 hours before the lesson is scheduled for
Lessons are booked in recurring indefinitely and are shown in blocks of 10 lessons at a time on the bookings page
You can cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before a lesson is scheduled to begin and receive a refund to your card.
There is no contract, so you can cancel at any time. Just make sure to cancel all lessons in the block.
You can book one-off lessons in addition to your recurring slot
As there is no contract, there are no unused lessons. They don't roll over, as you will cancel any you do not want and will be refunded (if you follow the cancellation timing policy)
