How do I contact a tutor?

I‘m a Parent article! See how to get in touch with a tutor.

With MyTutor, it’s easy to contact a tutor directly through our own online message feature. Start by browsing tutor profiles, and once you’ve found a tutor you like, click on their profile.

From there, you can get in touch with the tutor:

  1. Contact a tutor directly by clicking ‘get in touch’ on the right side of their profile

  2. Tell the tutor what you’re looking for using our simple form. You can let them know the subject and level you need, how many lessons you’d like, and any other relevant information such as the exam board or specific modules you’d like covered. You can even suggest times for a free meeting at a time that suits you

  3. Wait for the tutor’s response, which you can view in the ‘messages tab in your account

Tutors usually respond within 24 hours. From there, you can chat more about what you’re looking for, or confirm a time for your free meeting.

It is really important to us that everyone feels safe using the platform, for this reason free meetings and lessons are recorded.

Didn’t find what you were looking for? Check out the suggested articles, or get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help. Our live chat is the best and simplest way to get in touch!
