How do I cancel/reschedule my lessons in my Memberships plan?

A lesson can be cancelled any time up to 24 hours before it starts.

If you’re no longer able to make a lesson, you can reschedule or cancel it from your home page.

  • Go to your dashboard in your parent account, where you’ll see a list of your upcoming lessons.

  • You can cancel your lessons from the ‘lessons’ page under ‘upcoming’.

  • Click the 3 dots and then Cancel lesson.

How do I reschedule?

Please note that to reschedule your lesson, you’d need to cancel the lesson you cannot attend as above and then rebook to your preferred day and time by clicking ‘book lessons’ and selecting from the tutor’s availability.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, meaning if you cancel less than 24 hours before the lesson you will still be charged for that lesson. A refund for a lesson cancelled less than 24 hours before is at your tutor's discretion and will be returned to your account in the form of an extra lesson added to your balance.

If you’re cancelling with more than 24 hours before the lesson you’ll be refunded with a lesson in your balance.
