How do I edit my profile?
To update your profile:
Hover over your name and profile picture in the top-right-hand corner.
Click ‘My profile’ from the drop-down menu.
Make your changes.
Remember to click ‘Save and Continue’.
You can update your bank details from the ‘My profile’ section.
What information can I update on my profile?
From the ‘My profile’ section, you can update:
Your About You section.
Your quick blurb.
Your availability each day.
Your bank details.
Your tutoring details, such as the subjects you tutor.
Whether you are currently unavailable.
How do I update my personal details?
To update your personal details:
Hover over your name and profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select ‘Personal details’ from the drop-down menu.
Click ‘Submit for approval’.
You can update:
Personal email address.
Date of birth.
Nationality.
Phone number.
Address.
Our team will review your changes as soon as possible.
We do not show sensitive information, such as your contact details, to parents or students.
How do I hide my profile when I’m not looking for work?
To hide your profile when you are not looking for work:
Click the dropdown menu under your profile picture.
Select ‘Unavailable’.
Your profile will no longer be shown to parents while you are unavailable.
You can hide your profile if you are unavailable for a period, such as during an internship or while travelling.
