To launch the lesson space:
If you’re having private lessons or if you’re a tutor, find your lesson by going into your Bookings.
If you’re having lessons through your school, you’ll see your lessons straight away when you log into your account.
Now click the Launch button!
If you can’t seem to launch the lesson space, follow these steps:
For all lessons:
Refresh the page 5 minutes before your lesson - the Launch button doesn’t become active until shortly before the lesson.
Ensure that you are not launching the lesson space in Incognito mode.
For private lessons:
Check that the lesson status is Confirmed.
If the lesson status is Awaiting payment or Awaiting confirmation, then the lesson can’t be launched.
