Programme Description
The Tutors’ Referral program (“Program”) permits selected tutors (“Referrers”) to earn money (see Payment section below) by referring to MyTutor first time, potential new tutors (“Applicants”) who successfully become tutors on the MyTutor platform.
To participate in the Program, 'Referrers' must agree to these Terms. The Program may not be combined with other MyTutor referral programs or incentives.
These Terms apply to all MyTutor referral codes and are subject to MyTutor’s full terms and conditions.
Payment
Any Referrer who refers an Applicant to join MyTutor will be eligible for a payment of up to £30 per successful referral (‘Referral Reward’), once the Applicant has successfully passed the MyTutor application process.
Applicants must sign up using the Referrer's unique link in order to be valid and recognised.
The Referral Reward will be paid within 30 days of each qualifying event (i.e. the Applicant successfully becoming a tutor with MyTutor.
For the Referrer to receive their respective rewards, the Referrer must still work with MyTutor when the Referral Reward becomes payable.
All Applicants must be new, first-time tutors. If the Applicant has previously worked with MyTutor at any point prior to being introduced to the platform by the Referrer, neither party will be eligible for any Reward.
The amount of Referral Rewards is subject to change at any time. The amount that will be paid for Referral Reward will be the amount that was advertised at the time the application was received by MyTutor from the Applicant.
Whether a payout is due shall be a decision made at the sole discretion of MyTutor.
MyTutor reserves the right to any remedy, including denial of the Referral Reward or cancellation of your account, if fraud, tampering or other violations of MyTutor’s Terms of Service or these Terms are suspected.
Your Referrals
All Referrers must agree that they:
i) Will use referral methods and techniques that people will appreciate and that are legal.
ii) Will only contact people who have given their consent to be contacted.
iii) Will always be mindful to respect the privacy of others (i.e. do not spam), be honest, open, and transparent about who they are and what they are offering (i.e. do not mislead)
